In 2021, they were recognised as an Inclusive Employer 2020-21 by the Diversity Council Australia.At Bridge Housing, you can expect a friendly values-based culture, above award pay, a flexible hybrid working model and a very rewarding benefits program that includes study assistance and study leave, team building, monthly massages, reflexology, flex leave, development, gifted leave including a day off for your birthday!The RoleBridge Housing is looking for a highly collaborative and trusted HR Business Partner to deliver the full suite of HR services and drive a strong working culture.As the HRBP with Bridge, your main responsibilities will be to:Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees in line with legislationPartner with the business throughout the full employee life cycle and provide strategic support to leadership in decision makingManage end-to-end recruitment from job analysis to interviews, references, offers and security checksProvide coaching and advice to managers on sometimes complex Employment Relations matters including performance management, grievances, investigations and remuneration reviewsDeliver innovative HR initiatives that drive overall employee engagement and wellnessManage internship programs including CareerTrackers Indigenous internships and University internshipsDeliver on business plan including implementation of initiatives and projectsThis is a permanent, full time position flexible to four or five days per week. Bridge has a hybrid work culture with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.Salary and Classification:This role is classified as a Level 7 within the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.  The salary for the role is $110,286-$114,891 + Super + Salary Packaging.About You5 years’ relevant experience as an HRBP including recruitmentTertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Organisational Psychology/Development, Management or a related discipline Demonstrable experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and/or Industrial Agreements and providing accurate advice to managers and employeesExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at different levelsExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsA collaborative and solutions focused approach with a can-do attitudeKnowledge of Sage People system and ELMO LMS #LI-HybridPosition Description - Bridge Housing HRBP AUD Australia - NSW Sydney CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs Sydney 2000
