They offer a pathway away from homelessness by providing good-quality housing that enables people to participate in their communities.The National Manager â Housing Services reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for 4 direct reports and a total team of 40 staff across 4 regions. Key responsibilities:Lead the national housing services team proving a proactive and supportive approach to employees and their clients.Provide knowledge and advice to escalated housing and support issues through coaching, mentoring, learning and development and your excellent knowledge of social housing compliance, policy and best practice.Manage performance across a number of critical housing operational areas ie rent arrears, voids, vacants, customer service and regular consolidated performance reporting and analysis. You will be part of the leadership team that is responsible for the overall strategy, business planning and local area plans and be integral in the provider's national registration and compliance requirements.You must have:Proven authentic leadership skills that deliver a customer centric, high performing team.Extensive experience in social housing including the RTA, registration requirements and best practice.Strong analytical and performance KPI reporting skills (intermediate-advanced Excel skills)Managing budgetsProject management and managing multiple strategic and regional projects with the support of the team.A career with our client will be rewarding and engaging due the community work they do.
