Our NFP social and affordable housing client located in Melbourne is looking for a Property Officer to provide efficient and effective property maintenance coordination services to their large client base, many who have been disadvantaged, injured or suffer from addictions and other health issues. The Property Officer works in the specialist disability accommodation department (SDA).You will coordinate the delivery of the cyclical (fire, pest, electrical inspections) and the responsive program (ie emergency repairs etc).THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a friendly and committed team player who wants to provide safe and affordable housing to people with a disability.You will be able to successful do this by:being a people person.
