We are looking for a temp to come on board asap for an immediate start, as well as a longer term position on to work a 12 month contract.You’ll play a key role in ensuring properties are safe, compliant and well maintained, while delivering a responsive, high-quality service to tenants, contractors and partners.This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, building strong relationships and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.Key responsibilitiesManage and triage maintenance requests based on urgency and riskCoordinate contractors, site access and job completionLiaise with tenants, landlords, real estate agents and tradesConduct routine property inspections and support vacancy turnaroundMonitor contractor performance against service agreementsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate records, work orders and maintenance systemsReview invoices and support reporting processesAbout youYou’re highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing competing priorities. Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, real estate agents and trades
  • Conduct routine property inspections and support vacancy turnaround
  • Monitor contractor performance against service agreements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, work orders and maintenance systems
  • Review invoices and support reporting processes
About you

You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing competing priorities. You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering a responsive, professional service.

You will bring:

  • Experience in property, facilities or maintenance coordination (minimum 2 years) or a Certificate III/IV in Property Management
  • Strong administrative and systems skills (maintenance platforms, databases, MS Office)
  • Experience working with contractors and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of compliance, safety and regulatory requirements
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to support diverse tenants
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
