MLAHMC Limited is a large Aboriginal community housing management organisation operating across regional, remote and very remote NSW. Since 2004, we have supported Aboriginal communities by providing sustainable, high-quality housing services and strengthening community wellbeing.
About the Role
We have partnered with MLAHMC to find an experienced Corporate Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across human resources, ICT, governance, risk, and compliance functions.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will work closely with the CEO and Manager of Housing Operations to strengthen corporate governance, systems, and organisational capability. This role is critical to ensuring MLAHMC meets its statutory and regulatory obligations under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH), AHO registration, ASIC and the ATO.
You will also lead a small corporate services team and oversee external service providers, contributing to sound decision-making through accurate reporting, strong systems, and effective risk management.
