Now we’re looking for a driven HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the backbone of our recruitment and HR operations â making sure candidates are cared for, clients are supported, and the details that matter are never missed.What you’ll do:Coordinate end-to-end candidate care: booking interviews, confirming attendance, and keeping in touch with our placements.Draft and post job ads across platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, Facebook, and specialist sites.Search, screen, and engage candidates online (LinkedIn, Seek database, targeted outreach).Support clients with interview guides, contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance checks.Draft first versions of HR documents: policies, position descriptions, employment contracts.Manage job alerts, cold calling, and outreach for hard-to-fill rolesAssist with systems and processes â with a huge advantage if you know Employment Hero.Provide responsive, client-focused service to candidates and the Bloom team.What we’re looking for:Strong written and verbal communication (clear, confident, professional).Responsive and flexible â you thrive in a fast-moving environment.Customer-focused â you give more than you take, and you care about people.Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent coordination.Tech-savvy (MS Office, HRIS; Employment Hero is a huge plus).Reliable, organised, and self-driven.Identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.Why join Bloom HR?Occasional travel to client sites and team events.Be part of a close-knit team where your input is valued.Play a role in meaningful projects that support communities.Growth opportunities in both HR and recruitment streams.Option for full time, part time or contractPosition Description - HR and Recruitment Officer AUDSydney2000
