We are seeking a tech-savvy HR Administrator to join our client on a short-term contract for an initial 3 month period. This role is a great opportunity for a new graduate or early career HR professional to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions in a supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping employee files and records up to date and organised
- Coordinating onboarding processes and managing documentation
- Assisting with recruitment coordination alongside the P&C Manager
- Supporting HR compliance and ensuring processes are followed
- Working closely with IT, P&C, and the wider business to support the implementation of Employment Hero
What we’re looking for:
- HR qualifications or progress towards them (ideal for a recent graduate)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Tech-savvy with the confidence to learn and work across new systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to pick things up quickly
