About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Housing Worker to join our client Salvation Army Housing Victoria (SAHV) in Blackburn. In this role, you’ll provide tenancy management and coordinate maintenance for both Transitional and Long-Term Housing properties. You’ll work directly with tenants, offering respectful and compassionate support to help them sustain tenancies, build independence, and feel a strong sense of safety, dignity, and community.
The Organisation
SAHV provides a range of housing options including Transitional Housing, Long-Term Housing, and Rooming House accommodation for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. These services are underpinned by a commitment to dignity, compassion, and community. SAHV delivers both tenancy management and property maintenance services across its portfolio, ensuring tenants are supported to maintain safe and stable housing.
