With sites in Warrnambool, Portland, and Hamilton, Brophy values diversity, inclusivity, and child safety, ensuring the empowerment and participation of all children and young people.About the RoleBrophy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager - Housing and Support Linkages to lead and manage a diverse team of individuals. Located on site in Warrnambool 5 days a week, this role will be working predominantly with adults and families, and is responsible for overseeing service delivery across multiple programs and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight across a number of programs that focus on housing, safety, health, and well-being for individuals and families across the region.Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of professionals to achieve program goals and client outcomes.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring integrated service delivery and collaboration.Manage program funding, budgets, and compliance with service standards and funding body requirements.Oversee program planning, service evaluation, and continuous quality improvement activities.Provide leadership in crisis and high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.Participate in strategic planning with the Executive Manager to align services with Brophy's organisational goals. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a high level of empathy, compassion, and a strong understanding of people who are disadvantaged.
