Receptionist - Temp 6 weeks

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk reception and incoming calls
  • Greet tenants, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner
  • Handle general enquiries and direct requests appropriately
  • Provide basic administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
 
About You
  • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage busy periods
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Experience in community housing, property, or not-for-profit sector (desirable but not essential)
