  • Preparing quotes, raising orders, and supporting sales documentation
  • Compiling and maintaining site lists and billing summaries
  • Coordinating with project teams on new orders, player fulfilment, and dispatch
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Conducting site inspections and pulling together images and insights into polished summary presentations
  • Scheduling meetings and capturing clear, actionable notes
  • Supporting client management activities and special projects as needed.

 

About You

You’re organised, switched-on, and enjoy working behind the scenes to make things happen. You likely bring:

  • Strong administrative or sales support experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
