MLAHMC is the largest Aboriginal housing management organisation in NSW, managing more than 600 properties across regional and remote communities. The organisation exists to strengthen and empower Aboriginal families and communities through safe, sustainable housing and related services.
About the Role
MLAHMC is seeking a reliable and motivated Tenancy and Customer Service Officer to join the Dubbo team.
This position provides day-to-day administrative and customer service support to the housing team, ensuring tenants receive timely and professional assistance. You’ll handle a variety of customer and tenancy enquiries, process documentation, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth operation of tenancy services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and professional responses to tenant and community enquiries.
Assist with tenancy administration including data entry, records management, and filing.
Prepare and process tenancy documentation, forms, and correspondence.
Support rent receipting, mailouts, and general office administration tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and handle information appropriately.
Triage maintenance calls and refer them to the Property Team for follow-up.
Contribute positively to a collaborative and respectful team culture.

Essential Requirements
It is strongly preferred that you are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
Experience in administration or customer service, preferably in a real estate / property management and/or an Aboriginal community organisation.
