Every day the team partner with individuals, carers, employers, community groups and allied health providers to create personalised programs that touch every part of a participant’s life.The team are needing Youth Assistants working across the Central Coast (Gosford and Wyong), and have both part-time and casual positions available. All applications must be submitted through Omnia's Employment Hero jobs page - the link can be found below.About the roleNDIS Youth Assistant provides end-to-end support for Omnia Inclusive participants in preparation for employment and/or life skills, including internal training, workplace and community support, and to ensure positive and productive outcomes for Omnia Inclusive participants.In this role, some of the key responsibilities include:Provide support to individual Omnia Inclusive participants and/or across employment preparation/life skills programs.Assist with the delivery of workshops and individual training, in relation to participant goals.Provide, and document, active, professional participant support individually, in groups and in the workplace.Proactively monitor work to ensure all service delivery complies with contractual guidelines.Implement and report on participant individual plan for success.Develop, implement, and monitor strategies and plans for individual participants to ensure their individual support needs are met.Assist participants to reach their full potential by providing them with resources and tools to bridge any identified skill gap.     About the role
