We are seeking an organised and proactive individual on an initial short term 6 month contract, who can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various projects and initiatives, facilitating effective communication, and assisting in stakeholder engagement efforts.You will be someone who has worked in a busy, dynamic role previously who can hit the ground running whilst working with minimal supervision. You will have excellent attention to detail, and fantastic vernal and written communication skills. ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the stakeholder engagement, government relations and communications teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence.Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain and organise electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Support logistics for events, workshops, and meetings, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and catering.Gather information to support engagement and communication initiatives. For example, gathering direct email addresses for contacts within stakeholder organisations by contacting receptions of organisations.Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from stakeholders, providing timely and courteous responses.Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement efficiency measures.Support the transition to a new CRM through data entry and transfer of contacts from spreadsheets to Microsoft Dynamics.Other Duties as required.
