Organisation:We are partnering with HumanAbility - a Jobs and Skills Council funded by the Australian Government Department of Employee and Workplace Relations.HumanAbility’s purpose is to strengthen Australia’s National Vocational Education and Training System by driving skills and workforce development, and they play a key role in ensuring plans for workforces are responsive to the evolving needs of our sectors.The Role:We are looking for a Business Systems Coordinator - an experienced administrator with a curiosity and love for IT applications. You will work within the team's Corporate Services and Compliance department, and will become the backbone of the organisation’s internal systems.The successful applicant will become the guru for various business applications, responsible for training and supporting the end users and the organisation, to maximise use of the systems currently in place. Key Responsibilities:Support the organisation to implement and optimise the use of business applications on a day to day basis (Stakeholder Relationship Management System Dynamics 365, Monday.com, SharePoint and others).Serve as the primary contact for application support and training for staff.Develop and document processes for maintaining accurate and clean data, including data cleansing as needed.Spearhead continuous improvement efforts, identifying and implementing efficiencies within our systems.Champion system upgrades and implementations, working with the team to ensure changes are effectively tested, documented and communicated to users. Who You Are:An experienced administrator with an enthusiasm and curiosity for systems and IT with experience in business systems or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, project management software (preferably Monday.com), and possesses strong software and analytical skills.A strong communicator with exceptional organisational abilities, able to manage competing priorities with a keen eye for detail.A team player who values a positive workplace culture and has the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.Experience working across Stakeholder Relationship Management System (Dynamics 365) implementation is highly desirable Why Join the Team?Thrive in a values-based environment with a clear mission and vision.Work from home with occasional travel required within Australia for team meetings and / or industry events.Open to 4 or 5 days per week.Enjoy a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work culture. To be successful in this role you will be required to complete a criminal history check as part of the pre-employment screening process.Position Description AUD Australia - NSW Sydney
