Seeking someone to foster collaboration and engagement, and someone with previous engagement experience who has worked extensively within children’s education and care, particularly early childhood education.As a Children's Education and Care Engagement Advisor, you'll play a vital role in building out the depth of understanding of the sector, the policy environment and workforce issues associated. You will be responsible for connecting to leaders and specialists across Australia in this particular sector, coordinating engagement opportunities, managing events, and ensuring effective consultation strategies.With a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (IAP2 training a plus), proven experience in the Children's Education and Care industry, along with stakeholder engagement, training or facilitation skills, you'll bring valuable expertise to the team.Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, will ensure success in this role.As a full-time, remote position located anywhere within Australia, and with regular travel involved for team meetings, stakeholder workshops, and industry events, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution as the team prepare the workforce in the largest section of the Australian economy for the future.You will be required to undertake a criminal history check as part of the pre-employment process.
