About the Role
The E-Commerce Lead manages and drive sales of refurbished technology across multiple online platforms, including eBay, Rebello, and Amazon. This role will also oversee relationships with external wholesale buyers and identify new income generation opportunities to maximise revenue.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient turnaround of stock by working closely with internal refurbishment teams to understand incoming inventory. The revenue generated from this role directly funds device donations to thousands of not-for-profit organisations (NFPs), helping communities in need.
Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Sales Management: Oversee and optimise sales across eBay, Rebello, Amazon, and other digital platforms.
- Wholesale Buyer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external wholesale buyers to expand sales opportunities.
- Revenue Optimisation: Identify and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability across multiple platforms.
- Stock Management: Liaise with internal refurbishment teams to track incoming stock and ensure efficient stock turnaround.
- Pricing & Listing Optimisation: Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to enhance online sales performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, platform analytics, and key metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, operations, and marketing teams to enhance e-commerce effectiveness.
- Impact-Driven Sales: Ensure income generation aligns with the mission of funding device donations to NFPs.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketplace management (eBay, Amazon, etc.). Proven experience in managing Amazon preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, product listing optimisation, and online sales analytics.
- Experience in managing wholesale buyer relationships and negotiating sales deals.
- Ability to work with internal teams to align stock availability with sales strategies.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
