You'll be a trusted, approachable and confident EA, providing high quality administration support to both the CEO and Senior Executive Team.You'll have experience working with a high level of confidentiality and a natural ability to maximise the CEO's time and ensure competing demands are effectively managed.Other responsibilities will include:Providing administrative support to members of the Executive Team as needed.Proactively managing the CEO's inbox and calendarDrafting, formatting and editing presentations, reports, correspondence and communications.Coordinating various meetings including drafting agendas, catering and coordination of papers for business meetings.Event management for key internal and external events including planning and facilitating.Engaging with staff, customers, government and other stakeholders.General administration - travel coordination, invoice management and expense reconciliation.Managing the Customer Relationship Management system for the business. This is a permanent, full time position.
