Focus.The RoleReporting into the Head, Community Housing Operations, you will enjoy leading an experienced property services team of technical and asset officers, who manage the day-to-day delivery of the planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance programs.This position is responsible for the development and delivery of the relevant strategic objectives, business priorities and KPIs relating to asset management. You will provide expert advice, coaching and leadership to the team, and drive the development and implementation of best practice policies and processes that ensures business sustainability and ongoing registration of WHC.
