The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team in this fast-paced environment by assisting with candidate sourcing and candidate care, screening, stakeholder engagement as well as the continual maintenance and update of the internal database.This role is a work from home opportunity, where you will run your own day - guided by the requirements and deadlines of the recruitment team.Responsibilities:Assist with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates and internal stakeholders.Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and interview materials.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.Requirements:Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong level of autonomy,Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software is a plus.Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.It is highly desirable that the successful candidate identifies as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
