Our team is now seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Community Housing Officer to deliver quality property and tenancy management services. This is your opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organisation dedicated to supporting tenants, clients, and the broader community.
Your Role:
As the Senior Community Housing Officer, you will manage a portfolio of properties and work closely with our tenants to ensure that the property is maintained and looked after. Your expertise and proactive approach will be critical in delivering exceptional service outcomes for our tenants while upholding Jacaranda’s values, policies, and procedures. In this Senior role, you will use your experience and initiative to ensure the delivery of high-quality, tenant-focused services that meet our vision and goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, thrives on working with others, and is passionate about empowering tenants and supporting staff in a challenging and rewarding environment.
About you:
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar role, either in real estate or community housing. You will be excellent at building strong relationships with residents, your colleagues, and our stakeholders while being compassionate and understanding.
