You will be excellent at building strong relationships with residents, your colleagues, and our stakeholders while being compassionate and understanding.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination and Team SupportMaintain high tenant engagement and service delivery standards, aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.Mentor and support the team to achieve organisational goals through capacity building and promoting a positive workplace culture.Collaborate with team members to implement and monitor work plans and meet set goals and operational results.Serve as the escalation point for complex situations, guiding the team towards effective resolutions.Promote continuous quality improvement in all aspects of housing service delivery.Support a safe and inclusive working environment in line with WHS standards and Jacaranda policies. Housing OperationsMaintain tenant management standards, consistently meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tenant satisfaction survey outcomes.Meet compliance with relevant government regulations and guidelines, WHS legislation, and internal policies.Establish and nurture partnerships that support tenants in maintaining their tenancies and enhancing their well-being.Assist the Operations Manager in handling complaints according to Jacaranda’s guidelines and policy, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.Coordinate the Ongoing Housing Eligibility and Rent Subsidy Review process, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Community Housing Rent Policy.Promote effective communication systems and processes within the team.Prepare and deliver accurate reports on key business activities. What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a candidate who is both strategic and hands-on, with a commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
