The Role
The Tenancy and Property Team Leader will ensure the delivery of exceptional end-to-end tenancy and property management services resulting in long-term sustainable tenancies.
The Team Leader will be someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to excellent customer service. You will have well-developed problem solving and influencing skills, and previous experience working with people with disabilities to achieve great housing outcomes
Your in-depth knowledge of tenancy and property management (including the Residential Tenancies Act) will be key to support the tenancy team to meet the business objectives, as well as your ability to work with Enliven’s strong culture, values and housing model at the forefront.
This role is based in Queensland. The team are looking to acquire an office space in Brisbane in the near future - but will be starting out on a remote working basis. There is some travel expected as part of this role. Standard office hours are required and from time to time there can be some tasks, travel or meetings that occur outside of normal business hours.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake the NDIS worker check which includes a Police check and four learning modules.
