The organisation endeavours to provide the best SDA products in the market and currently has sites in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Adelaide with strong growth expectations supported by a pipeline of dwellings across Australia.The RoleReporting into the Tenancy Team Leader, the Tenancy & Property Officer will assist with the operations of Enliven Housing’s property portfolio. As part of a collaborative ‘hands on deck team’ you will make sure that a comprehensive, sensitive, and efficient housing management service is delivered to our tenants.Our tenancy management approach is tenant centric. You will have the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external partners, show a commitment to sustaining tenancies whenever possible and express a commitment to working with people with disability to achieve great housing outcomes.This role is based in Brisbane, Queensland. Standard office hours are required and from time to time there can be some tasks, travel or meetings that occur outside of normal business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend sites to investigate and resolve tenancy disputes in a timely manner.Ensure high quality maintenance of Enliven property standards.Manage tenant lease sign-ups to ensure tenants have paid rent and bond on a regular basis.Manage recording and training of repairs and maintenance by liaising with tradespeople.Support the Transition Team to assist with incoming tenants.Ensure that Enliven complies with relevant legislation, standards, audits, policies, procedures and service model.Maintain strong relationships within the disability sector as well as external parties.Required Experience / EducationYear 12 Certificate of education (or equivalent).Demonstrated experience in tenancy and property management.Proven passion volunteering in the disability sector or community housing (desirable).Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and relationship building skills.Strong commitment to learning, meeting deadlines, achieving results, identifying challenges, presenting solutions and attention to detail.Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and Adobe.The successful candidate will be required to undertake the NDIS worker check which includes a Police check and four learning modules.Position Description AUDAustralia - QLDBrisbaneCBD & Inner SuburbsBrisbane4000
